Bletilla striata 'Gotemba Stripes' - Stunning pleated leaves are richly and longitudinally striped green and gold. The golden color fades to creamy white as the leaves age. It's a show stopper in part sun. Typical June deep purple flowers on the red side of the spectrum are beautiful. Plant ‘Gotemba Stripes’ in fertile, enriched moisture-retaining soil sited in part sun conditions. Clumping with moderate increase. Once established Bletilla demonstrates some drought tolerance. Established potted orchid by division.
