Attractive hairy sage green leaves often become infused with some violet-purple when the pale yellow sage flowers open. It will gradually clump and form an attractive addition down facing shrubs or in the perennial garden sited in sun to part shade. If ordered in the autumn catalog these will arrive pruned.
