Where do we ship? We ship to all states east of the Mississippi River. We ship to the following states:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are not shipping beyond the borders of the continental U.S at this time. In due course this policy may change. Our website will reflect this change if and when it comes to be.

SHIPPING SIZES
We ship in several differently sized pots. Certain corms, bulbs and tubers may be shipped bareroot at our discretion; these will be noted in the on line catalog. Pots we utilize:
- 2.5 inch Square Press Fit Pot – 6 fluid ounces / 177 ml.
- 2.5 inch Square Press Fit Pot Extra Deep – 9.5 fluid ounces / 280 ml.

3.5 inch Square Press Fit Pot – 1.05 Pints / 497 ml.
- 3.5 inch Square Press Fit Pot Extra Deep - 1.52 Pints / 720 ml.
- 5-inc Square Squat - 68 fluid ounces / 2.0110 liters
- 5 inch Square x 6 inch Tall - true 2 quarts / 1.8927 liters

All Hemerocallis, specified bulbs, corms and a handful of other plants are or may be shipped bare root
We will occasionally offer larger potted plants which may run from a true 1 Gallon up thru 3 Gallon size. These are noted in the catalog.
SHIPPING TIMES
We do not ship year round. We have 2 shipping periods, spring and autumn. If you place an order during a non-shipping period we will hold your order until the next shipping opportunity unless special arrangements have been made beforehand.
- Our spring shipping period begins early March and continues into June. Some plants can be shipped and planted even during the hottest parts of the summer but not all. In that, we may opt for a limited summer catalog - this may not be available every year. We begin shipping to customers living down south earlier in the shipping window gradually shipping farther north as the spring breaks northward. If and when night time temperatures are problematic in the early part of the shipping window we will send out an email to all those affected indicating a delay in shipping until such time that nighttime temperatures are safe and appropriate for sending your plants. The last thing we want is boxes of plants sitting in the back of a frozen delivery truck overnight or resting on the freezing tarmac awaiting situation on an airplane... welcome to our world!
- Our autumn shipping period runs late August to early September through the mid / late October period and very possibly early / mid November for customers in the deep south.
- All customers who have greenhouses available should let us know. We can alter our usual shipping times to accommodate your wants when plants have protection.
SEASONAL EXCEPTIONS
We ship with the best interests of the plants and your success in mind. We usually will not ship certain plants (broadleaf evergreens and magnolias among others) during the autumn shipping window as it is culturally unsound practice to plant them in this season, especially in the north. If you own a heated or a cool greenhouse – one that does not freeze in cold weather – and would like your shipment outside of our usual shipping windows we may be able to accommodate your wants dependent upon regional weather and forecasts at time of shipping. Please note: off-season shipping is at customer’s risk; our limited guarantee is null and void.
