Hesperaloe parviflora
Red Yucca
Plant Type:
ARID LAND PLANTSHesperaloe parviflora - Red Yucca, Texas Red Yucca and my favorite: Hummingbird Yucca. Coral red funnel flowers touched with light pastel peach at the lips upon opening upon branched spikes in July. Spikes grow to 36 inches but in a very good year may reach 4 feet. Average to poor scrabbled ground in full, blazing sun. Good drainage a must. Established potted Red Yucca from seed.
