SHADE PERENNIALSDeinanthe bifida ‘Pink Kii’ (ex: Hinkley) – 'Pink Kii' is an herbaceous hydrangea relative with clustered waxy flowers composed of rounded light pink sepals surrounding the white center from pink buds in early summer. This lovely perennial comes from the Kii Peninsula, Japan. Plant ‘Pink Kii’ in moist, fertile soil in sited in dappled to open shade. Though this is a D. bifida, our plants mostly display leaves culminating in a point, broadly obovate. But the bifid characteristic does display now and again. This clumping perennial becomes more and more beautiful through the years without having to divide it. Cutting grown.
