Dangling from the stems on this virtual heirloom are congested bell-shaped flowers in May standing above typical medium dark green broad lance-shaped leaves. Plant it in fertile draining soil sited in part to open shade. 'Prolificans' colonizes and will make a respectable ground cover in a few years. Division.
