Arum pictum - This is an entirely separate species and should not be confused with the better know A. italicum 'Pictum'. The Fall Flowering Arum sports large deep red-purple spathes in a rich shade with large, fat spadices in an even darker shade. The leaves rise with the spathes. As these are seed grown the bold foliage will vary from solid green to those exhibiting silver veining. Mottled or not the leaves are broad, semi-glossed and beautiful.
