Crinum x powellii 'Eden'

Crinum Lily

Plant Type:

BULBS

Crinum x powellii 'Eden' - Purity. A beautiful pristine white Crinum Lily which proudly displays its especially large six-petaled outward facing flowers in late spring and summer flowers on 3-foot stalks. Strap-shaped rich green leaves with a semi-glossed sheen arise and arch over, some tips touch the ground. C. x powellii parentage is C. bulbispermum and C. moorei. Full sun in fertile draining soil. At the more southern end of its range it may be evergreen. In the north it will make a splendid potted plant for the cool greenhouse... I wonder if I can grow this on the south side of our home near the foundation??? This was a beautiful present from Jon, our Planta Claus. Pot grown bulbs.
