Salix purpurea ‘Canyon Blue’ – We love this useful, pretty plant with small elliptic bluish leaves on dark purple pliable stems. This form of the Purple Osier is best pruned down every two years for a shorter, denser plant. It is beautiful as a foil in the perennial garden or among bolder-leafed shrubs.
