Agapanthus campanulatus 'Ed Carman'

African Lily

Plant Type:

SUN PERENNIALS

Agapnathus 'Ed Carman' - Golden yellow, rich green with some chartreuse in stripes on all strap-shaped leaves are handsome if not aesthetically delicious all season long. The yellow slowly matures to summer cream-white. The entity is exquisite when the variegated leaves subtend enormous late season white flower trusses. Sun loving and planted in fertile soil this bulb will like summer moisture. But when pot-grown keep it drier during winter dormancy. Cistus Nursery introduced this fine plant which is named for legendary plantsman Ed Carman. Established potted plant from offset.
